Terms & Conditions (tl;dr -- By submitting, you’re giving LoudLitty permission to use your voice in creative audio projects and social posts, even if they take off—no pressure, just vibes!) *

1. Usage Rights I grant LoudLitty the right to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, and publicly share my voice performance across all media platforms (including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcast apps, and the LoudLitty website) indefinitely. 2. Creative Edits & Adaptations I understand my submitted audio may be edited, remixed, sound-designed, or combined with other performances for storytelling and promotional purposes. 3. Compensation I understand that participation is currently voluntary and unpaid unless otherwise specified in casting call postings. I waive any future claims to royalties, licensing fees, or compensation tied to the use or popularity of the content (including viral success). 4. Attribution I may be credited by my first name or voice actor alias upon request. Attribution is not guaranteed in all posts, especially those under time constraints or platform limits. 5. Ownership & Intellectual Property I acknowledge that all final mixed audio scenes produced by LoudLitty are the intellectual property of Morgan Marie Productions. I retain the right to reference my own performance for personal portfolios or reels but not to redistribute the full final mix. 6. Revocation & Removal I understand that by submitting my audio, I waive the right to request its removal from published content unless a legal issue arises (e.g., misrepresentation or breach of agreement). 7. Representation I confirm I am over the age of 18 and legally able to grant these rights, or I have submitted a parental/guardian consent form separately.
